South Korean Defense Ministry said Tuesday it formally signed a land-swap deal with Lotte Group to locate the anti-missile battery on part of the conglomerate owned golf course in the Seongju region, southeast of Seoul. The announcement sparked protests outside the Ministry of Defense.
